How does your service works?
If you need medical assistance in Porto and surrounding areas, we will send a doctor directly to your location (hotel, hostel, airbnb, private home or other accomodation). We will schedule an appointment according to your preference.
The doctor will evaluate the situation and provide all the prescriptions and information to solve the problem.
What type of medical situations are elegible to your services?
Our service is directed to mild to moderate cases that are able to wait for a few hours and can be solved outside hospital facilities.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, have severe or alarming symptoms and need immediate assistance or diagnostic tests, you should not use our services and should go to an emergency room or call 112.
Upon our first contact, we will try to understand your clinical situation and advise you accordingly.
How much does your service cost?
The cost of our service will depend on several factors, such as the time of request, doctors available and your location. You will always be informed about the full cost prior to any service being provided (pre-established price).
Our prices are very competitive, when you consider the cost of a hospital visit and transportation, as well as the convenience of our service.
Do you have a walk-in clinic?
We do not have a walk-in clinic. We provide our service in the client's accomodation.
Who are the doctors you work with?
We only partner with doctors certified by the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos). You may ask for the doctor's ID and verify their registration here.
We work mainly with doctors specialized in internal medicine and family medicine.
Do you attend to children / paediatric age?
Yes.
